Privacy Policy

StockYaar is a retail inventory, stock, and point-of-sale platform, run at toolswarehouse.sbs (the app itself lives at app.toolswarehouse.sbs). It's operated by [LEGAL: registered business/proprietor name], registered at [LEGAL: registered business address] — these are ownership facts specific to your business registration, not something derivable from the codebase.

Account & staff data — name, email, phone number, and role, for the business owner and any staff accounts they create.

Business data — the inventory, stock, sales, purchase, supplier, and customer records you enter to run your shop, including GST/tax details you provide for invoicing.

Billing data— your subscription plan and billing history. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Razorpay — we don't store your card number.

Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) generated automatically when you use the service.

To operate the service: run your inventory and POS workflows, generate GST-compliant invoices, process subscription billing, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, alerts), provide customer support, and keep the service secure and reliable.

We don't use your business data to train external models or sell it to third parties.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. It's required for the service to function and isn't used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We don't currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Razorpay — processes subscription payments on our behalf.

Infrastructure providers— our hosting and object-storage providers store your data on our behalf to run the service; they don't use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose data if required by law, or to investigate fraud or abuse. Every business's data is isolated from every other business's data — staff only ever see data belonging to their own company account.

We retain your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records longer (for example, tax or accounting law).

You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us. Staff accounts are managed by the business owner who created them.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify account owners by email before the changes take effect.
